This is a vintage 1983
Happy Face covered plastic toy dish by
Meritus Industries Inc.
Made in Hong Kong
This was part of a set of toy dishes.
This piece is a red plastic bowl with blue eyes and happy face.
It has a whitish lid.  There is a slot between eyes that originally
held a pair of granny glasses.
Approx. 6" tall and 9" wide.
